Pricing
Labaki Speech and Feeding Therapy, LLC is private pay/self pay only. Payments are due at the end of each visit and will be automatically deducted via credit card or HSA/Flex spending cards.
Upon request, Labaki Speech and Feeding will provide a "super bill" for submission to insurance companies to obtain out of network benefits or for HSA/flex spending accounts. It is the patient's/family's responsibility to file for reimbursement and to relay any changes to Labaki Speech and Feeding.

Speech Sound Evaluation
This is an evaluation of articulation/phonological processing or stuttering skills only. The cost includes the time it takes for the SLP to gather a case history, evaluate the child, write a report, and also includes a 20 minute, 1:1 session with the caregivers to discuss evaluation results, diagnosis, and recommendations.

Language Only Evaluation
This is an evaluation of receptive and expressive language skills only. It will include receptive and expressive language skills. The cost includes the time it takes for the SLP to gather a case history, evaluate the child, write a report, and also includes a 20 minute, 1:1 session with the caregivers to discuss evaluation results, diagnosis, and recommendations.

Comprehensive or Feeding Evaluation
This includes an evaluation of both speech sound and language skills or a comprehensive feeding evaluation. The cost includes the time it takes for the SLP to gather a case history, evaluate the child, write a report, and also includes a 20 minute, 1:1 session with the caregivers to discuss evaluation results, diagnosis, and recommendations.

Treatment
30 minute Therapy Session: $55
45 minute session: $82.50
20 minute session: $37.50 (generally 2x/week)
This cost includes speech therapy services provided at my home or at a location within a 5 mile radius to my house. Additional cost will be added for further travel.
Five minutes of ever session will be used to discuss therapy progress, homework, etc. with the caregiver.
At the time of the evaluation, the parent and SLP will discuss recommendations for frequency and duration of services. 30 minutes is common, however other frequency and durations may be discussed based on your child's individual needs.
