Build a career where thoughtful therapy comes first

At Northern Star, we believe the best therapy happens when clinicians have the time, support, and flexibility to do what they do best: build relationships with children and families.

We’re a growing pediatric practice committed to providing meaningful, play-based therapy while creating a workplace where SLP’s genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Whether you’re an experienced clinician or a newer SLP looking for mentorship, we’d love to connect.

Opportunities at Northern Star

While we don’t currently have any full-time openings at the moment, we are always interested in connecting with pediatric speech-language pathologists who share our philosophy.

As Northern Star continues to grow, we occasionally have opportunities for clinicians interested in approximately 2-10 hours per week, with potential for additional hours over time.

We’d especially love hear from you if you:

  • Love working with young children and families

  • Value relationship-based, play-centered family

  • Enjoy collaborating with a supportive team

  • Want flexibility while making meaningful connections

We believe…

  • Children learn best through connection

  • Quality therapy is more important that impossible productivity expectations

  • Clinicians deserve manageable caseloads and administrative support

  • Every member of our team should feel valued, trusted, and supported.

We’re intentionally building a practice where clinicians can do excellent work without burning out.

Meet Northern Star

Northern Star was founded by pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist Nancy Labaki with one goal: to create a place where children receive exceptional therapy and clinicians enjoy the work they do every day.

We believe in thoughtful therapy, meaningful relationships, and creating a workplace where people are excited to build something together.

Even if you don’t see a position here currently, we’re always interested in connecting with pediatric Speech-Language Pathologists who share our philosophy.

If you’re passionate about relationship-based, play-centered therapy, we’d love to hear from you!
